TraceRank is operated by Ava Davis Studio LLC d/b/a Mertex. TraceRank is a focused activation diagnostic for B2B SaaS onboarding and first-value flows.
Information collected
TraceRank may collect contact details, company information, product-fit answers, pilot application responses, payment records, uploaded CSV files, and operational metadata needed to review, process, and deliver a diagnostic.
Uploaded data
Uploaded files should contain product-event or onboarding journey data only. Do not submit sensitive personal information, protected health information, payment card data, passwords, government identification numbers, or data your team is not authorized to share.
Proof-pilot outputs
Private Proof Pilot teams may be asked for permission to use anonymized findings as public proof after review. Company-identifying details and sensitive information should not be published without approval.
Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. TraceRank does not store full payment card details. Stripe may collect and process payment information according to its own privacy and security practices.
Data retention
TraceRank may retain submitted information for operational, diagnostic, legal, and recordkeeping purposes. Teams may contact TraceRank about reasonable deletion or correction requests.
Security
Reasonable safeguards are used to protect submitted information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit data that your team is not authorized to share.
