What do I need to provide?

You need a clean CSV export with user_id, session_id, event_name, stage, and occurred_at fields, plus your company, product, and first-value event details through the intake flow.

Do I need direct integration with my product?

No. Initial audits do not require direct integration. A clean journey export is enough.

What do I receive?

You receive a structured audit readout that includes first-value rate, median time to first value, stage-by-stage drop-off breakdown, repeated-effort signals, most common collapse point, and ranked intervention priorities.

What happens after I buy?

After checkout, you move into intake, define your first-value event, upload your CSV export, and then receive a structured diagnostic readout through the TraceRank flow.

What if I am not sure my data is a fit?
